All charged up today! Determined to exercise regularly and eat right! Take vitamins too! Got to get back in shape, and only determination and day-by-day exercise can do it. My body feels so much better after exercising, and I want it to go on record - I felt so awful yesterday after eating a full meal for lunch and then going to Yogurt Mountain! I hurt everywhere and wanted to lie down the rest of the day - what a waste of a healthy body! Here it is in black and white so I don't forget how much better if feels to eat light and exercise!!!
